a) Conduct baseline socio-economic surveys/census survey through interviews/ questionnaire/ Focused Group Discussions(FGD)/Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA)/Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA)
b) Extrapolation of census data to project an up-to-date status including selected ground validation of the same, Conduct social and training needs assessment survey, Evaluation of socio-economic status of project affected family/person, vulnerable, tribal and non-tribal person.
c) Conduct Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R & R ) studies for people displaced due to developmental projects and preparation of Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) / Indigenous People Development Plan (IPDP)
d) Assessment of social changes arising out of development projects.
